When will I receive my purchase?

You will receive an email with tracking details for your purchase.  Items are processed, packaged and shipped within 1-2 days of order being placed.  Please exclude Postal Office holidays and Sundays. 

Where can I view my previous orders?

You can login to the portal to view previous orders, update contact information and more.  To access portal, click MY ACCOUNT in the menu. 

How can I return an item?

For returns, refunds and exchanges; email support@asiascloset.com.  You will be contacted via email within 48-72 hours. Please include your order number and reason for return, refund or exchange.

Please note: we only cover shipping costs if our company is in error.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Some items are custom and some items are seasonal.  Those items are usually not able to be restock.  We try our best to indicate if item will be restock if it is "out of stock".
